臺南車站位於臺灣臺南市東區，為臺灣鐵路管理局縱貫線的鐵路車站；站等為一等站。
車站附近亦有多家公路客運、國道客運業者設站，多數市區公車亦於此處設有車站，是臺南都會區及溪南地區最重要的交通轉運樞紐。
臺南車站是少數建於清代舊城範圍內的車站。1900年通車時，鐵路由大北門入臺灣府城，車站在鬧區東緣，再由小南門一帶出城。
隨著市區擴張與轉移，站址已成為市中心，附近陸續興建商場、百貨及飯店。目前仍有數案都市更新案進行中。
現在的臺南車站為第二代車站，採用近代折衷式樣風格，今已被列為國定古蹟。
